The Mark D. Harmon Memorial World Changers Scholarship is offered to current college juniors and seniors who are enrolled in an accredited college or university in the state of Delaware. Candidates will also possess a 3.0 cumulative GPA and will have the ability to demonstrate their significant contribution to/impact on their communities and/or the world at large.
