Positive Outlook Guidance Services is a nonprofit organization that is fundamentally organized to service the needs of underserved communities. Offering scholarships to students in need of financial assistance is one way that we do so. The Scholarship Gala is designed to raise money for the scholarships that we provide, and to recognize the recipients who have earned such awards. We do this, all while having a great time.
