Positive Outlook was created to develop and enhance community development, with a focus on urban and underserved communities. These communities include but are not limited to persons aging out of the foster care system (ages 18 – 21), and those who are directly or indirectly at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS and are in need of awareness and prevention knowledge.
